Moroccan stew "Harira"

 
Ingredients:

Half a kilo lamb cut small parts
Kilo and a half red crushed tomatoes in a blender
2 cup of chickpeas
Three tablespoons of lentils
Handful of coriander and celery finely 2
Onion, chopped
Cup of thin vermicelli
Small packet of tomato Center
Salt
Teaspoon black pepper
Tablespoon ginger
Audin of cinnamon
Cass oil
Liters of hot water
White flour to focus soup


Way:

 In a pressure cooker put the meat section, add the chickpeas and tomatoes and crushed coriander and celery and onions, lentils and vegetable oil, salt, black pepper and ginger

Then the water and then we close the pot for half an hour starting to hear a whistle pressure cooker.


 After that we create white flour with a little cold water until thick liquid to be free of granulated flour


 then add the mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon soup will become somewhat thanks to the heavy flour, stirring constantly for five minutes on the fire.
