Moroccan bread


Ingredients  
 
For accurate use equal amounts

    500 g of white flour
    500 g of flour
    Warm water to knead
    Salt
    A tablespoon of yeast

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a bowl ( plain or in a vase and kneaded by hand)

Knead well with the addition of enough water to get the dough soft and smooth and does not stick to receiving

Covered with a clean towel and let rest 10 d

Then divided into equal pieces and form them balls

Balls are then placed in an oven tray sprinkled with flour and settled fertilized by hand and covered with leaves and brewing
Suspect with a fork and then bake in a hot oven

This is the bread accompanist important for all types of Moroccan tagines and meals as well as Asrounieh

Omelet with Tomato Sauce

 
Ingredients:

Ingredients for 6 people
 12 eggs
 Kg of fresh tomatoes
 4 beads potatoes
 2 onions
 Bouquet of parsley
 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
 Tablespoons olive oil
 Salt
Black pepper
 
  How to prepare:

  Peel tomatoes .
 Peel the onion   ,
 Incised and parsley.
I passed the onion in olive oil for two minutes,
 Add the tomatoes, parsley, salt and black pepper little
Cover the pot and leave everyone cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Peel the potatoes and then circles dry it well,
Put them in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
 Lower the temperature of the stove and doing salt and black pepper Leave the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes, stirring.
 Fractional eggs in a bowl and doing salt and black pepper
 Apply the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes, then 3 minutes on the other side.
 Cut the omelette as shown in the picture then put the pieces in tomato sauce and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
 My feet omelette decorated with parsley and accompanied by bread section.
